Online therapy in Kentucky
I am happy to work with you virtually.
Telehealth is great if you have difficulty commuting or have physical limitations that keep you from coming in. For telehealth you will want to make sure you have a stable internet connection and a confidential location. Think closed door, no other people in the room, and maybe even a white noise machine.
Appointments are booked through Brock Family Therapy Center. Ask for Casey Foster by name.

Who online therapy works for
Online therapy works wonderfully for adults and teens who are engaged and want to be in therapy!
Online therapy is a poor fit for children, due to limited resources for sessions and due to attention spans.
How online sessions work
Typically we will use the Brock therapy portal for our online sessions. In the off chance that is down, I have a secure website called Doxy that we can use for telehealth sessions.
Where you can be during a session
A private room is ideal, but we can make it work for you! Sometimes the only time you have may be driving to or from work, and in those cases we may be able to make telehealth work as well.
All of us are so busy these days that it can be hard to get away for therapy, which is why I offer telehealth. I don't want driving or distance or time to be what stands in the way of you feeling better.
Ready to talk?

Quick tip before you pick a time
In the portal, set the location to J-town/Hurstbourne Location and the clinician to Casey Foster CSW, Therapist. If the calendar looks empty, double-check those two choices.
